Tea Journey magazine and app is a collaborative effort by journalists in the tea lands to create a mobile companion for your lifelong journey in tea. Think of us as a digital caravan laden with artisan tea and stories to tell. We are a magazine for tea enthusiasts, embracing every tea, language and culture. The magazine launched in 2016 on Kickstarter with donations of $128,000 from tea lovers worldwide. Circulation is approximately 25,000 with readers in 104 countries.

Q: What subscription plans are available?
Annual Subscription
$49 each year (recurring). Price includes unlimited access to articles, video, animation, and mobile app (iOS/Android). Annual subscribers can view Tea Journey on up to five devices. Subscribers receive an e-mail notice prior to release of issues during the 12-month subscription period and periodically (about every 10 days) receive notifications of blog posts. Notifications are optional but recommended to view timely posts to the Tea Journey blog. (Discounted 55% for the remainder of 2019 – NOW ONLY $25!)

Price includes 10 discount codes [free subscription certificates branded with your company name] redeemable for unlimited access. Present these to clients, customers, staff, prospects or as a gift to your friends in tea. Recipient get unlimited access to articles and mobile app. Sponsor company names appear on the home page with a link and at the end of every articles (web and mobile). Founding sponsorships are available to companies that participated in the original Kickstater campaign and those who helped finance our launch through June 2017. Visit www.teajourney.pub/my-account to login. My Account is your personal data. Use it to change payment details, periodically change passwords and to view your subscription end date.
Q: What is a charter subscription?
Charter subscribers and Kickstarter backers who donated $15 or more received a 12-month unlimited access subscription to all content posted to the Tea Journey website (teajourney.pub). Charter subscribers from 36 countries are listed in the inaugural issue and online in the sequence they subscribed. Click here to see your name in the Charter issue. Charter subscribers continue to receive notification of blog posts every 10 days and newsletter announcing special issues.
Annual subscribers create a login and password to access web, smartphone and tablet apps (iOS and Android) on up to five devices. Subscribers also receive downloadable PDFs for the first three issues and access to a digital version of the print magazine. There is an additional charge to order perfect-bound printed copies.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the home page www.teajourney.pub and click “My Account” to login. Next, click “cancel” and confirm.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and we can’t give partial refunds for unused time in the billing cycle.
