SUBSCRIBERS CAN ORDER A PRINTED COPY of a single issue for $14.95. Add $5 shipping and handling + postage, which varies. Tea Journey ships to 85 countries. Postage is calculated at time of checkout (with applicable taxes). We will notify subscribers by newsletter when the function is enabled.
Digital “Flip Book”
THE INAUGURAL ISSUE of TEA JOURNEY is also available as a digital “flip book” so subscribers can open and page through it much like a printed issue. This edition is ideal for tablets and smartphones. Those who order a printed copy immediately receive a link to the latest digital edition. Subscribers who wish to print a few of their own pages can do so directly from the application.

Subscribers who wish to order a printed copy of the magazine receive a perfect-bound copy. The 4-color publication measures 8.25″ x 10.75″ in size and is printed on 70# matte paper inside with an 80# gloss cover. The Spring 2016 Origins issue is 133 pages. The Summer 2016 Harvest Review issue is 148 pages.
Print-on-Demand Rationale
TO SPARE THE FORESTS, Tea Journey prints only the magazines ordered. The selected paper is high-quality virgin pulp, sustainably harvested. We believe it is better for subscribers to first enjoy the content in each issue before deciding to purchase a print edition. We do not want to have to guess how many copies to print. (Leftovers have to be destroyed.)
OUR MINIMUM RUN is 50 copies to justify the set-up expense. Individuals can order one or more copies. Multiple copies will be bundled to save postage. Weight is 2.6 lbs. We will decide on the total copies to print during the 30 days after digital distribution of the latest issue. Delivery follows in 6 weeks.
Please note that purchasing a print copy for non-subscribers does NOT grant digital access to the website, smartphone or tablet. The price of the printed copies covers the cost of paper, printing and postage. A link to the digital flip book is included with your receipt for your convenience.
